HOW TO PLAY: To play the DAVID® Seeds "Anywhere There's a Game" Instant Win Game "Game," look inside the game piece affixed to specially marked packages of 5.25-oz DAVID Seeds packages of Original, Ranch and Chili Lime Sunflower Seeds ("Participating Products") for a winning game message. If your package contains a winning game message inside, then you win the prize indicated in your winning game message—subject to verification. Non-winning packages will not indicate a winning message. 2. GAME DATES: Game begins on or about March 1, 2010 and ends August 31, 2010 or upon distribution of all specially marked game pieces, whichever comes first ("Game Period"). Second Chance drawing will take place on or about October 1, 2010.

3. TO CLAIM A PRIZE: For prize verification, initial your winning game piece using permanent ink and send it (facsimiles and reproductions not accepted) along with your signature, age, complete address, and daytime telephone number clearly hand-printed on a 3 1/2" x 5" card (using a traceable means of delivery if you wish) to: DAVID Seeds "Anywhere There's a Game" Prize Claims, PO Box 1076, Grand Rapids MN 55745-1076. Retain a copy of the Game Piece for your records and possible additional verification. Prize claim must be postmarked by 9/15/2010 and received by 9/30/2010. Neither Sponsor, its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies, nor its advertising or marketing agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due, misdirected or mutilated claims.

Prize claims are subject to verification by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for verification and notification. Any Official Game Piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contains printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained legitimately will be void. If for any reason whatsoever Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that the Game is no longer capable of running as intended by these rules, Sponsor may at its sole discretion cancel, suspend or modify the Game in whole or in part. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than number set forth in Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes in that category. No more than advertised number of prizes will be awarded. If specially marked package does not contain a winning game message, you are not eligible for a prize. Liability for Game Piece containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement with another Game Piece, while supplies last. The submission of a prize claim is solely the responsibility of the participant.

4. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: Eligible persons with non-winning game pieces will be eligible for the Second Chance drawing ("Second Chance Drawing"). To enter the Second Chance Drawing, for the chance to win any unclaimed Grand, First or Third Prizes, send your full name, complete mailing address, age and daytime telephone number clearly hand-printed on a 3 1/2" x 5" card to: DAVID Seeds "Anywhere There's a Game" Second Chance Drawing, PO Box 2541, Grand Rapids MN 55745-2541. All entries must be postmarked by 9/15/2010 and received by 9/30/2010. Second Chance Drawing, if applicable, will be conducted by an independent judging organization, on or about 10/1/2010 in a random drawing from among all eligible Second Chance entries received. Odds of winning will depend on number of unclaimed Grand, First and Third Prizes available and the number of eligible Second Chance entries received. Unclaimed Second Prizes will not be awarded. Prize notifications detailed in Section 7 (General) will apply. Limit one (1) entry into the Second Chance Drawing per person.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of game play. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of ConAgra Foods, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, participating retailers and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

6. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize—2010 Honda Odyssey LX (ARV: $26,805 excluding tax, license, registration, and options.)/Odds—1:6,498,740. Ten (10) First Prizes—A Season's Worth of Fuel made payable in one $1,000 check/Odds—1:649,875. Five Hundred (500) Second Prizes—A Tank Full of Fuel made payable in one $40 check/Odds—1:12,998. Seven Hundred and Fifty (750) Third Prizes—Easton Phenom Bat Pack (Approximate Retail Value: $25)/Odds—1:8,665. Total ARV of all prizes $75,555. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Any tax, license, registration fees, destination charge, title, insurance and additional options required in claiming the Vehicle, as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of Grand Prize vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of the Winner. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment to the dealership closest to the residence of the Grand Prize Winner's residence. Winner must take delivery of Vehicle within 30 days of notification that dealership has received Vehicle. Any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other Vehicle specifics to be determined by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. ("Honda") and are subject to availability. Grand Prize Winner (or such Winner's parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must have proof of a valid U.S. driver's license from their state or place of residence in the United States and proof of insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture. 7. GENERAL: Potential Winners of the Second Chance Drawing, if any, will be notified by email, phone and/or express mail on or about 10/15/2010. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. If a Potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Winner will be disqualified, even if the disqualified Potential Winner's name may have been publicly announced. Potential prize winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) may be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days after first notification attempt. Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers' terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in this Game, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Game. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Nebraska without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Douglas County, Nebraska.
